Competitive Intelligence Panel

The Competitive Intelligence Panel  is currently planned to be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, from 10:15 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the Mary D’Angelo Performing Arts Center. The interactive panel will consist of four MCIIS, now Institute for Intelligence Studies at Mercyhurst University (IIS-MU), alumni who work in the competitive intelligence field.

The panelists will discuss where they are in their career now and how they apply what they learned at Mercyhurst to the daily taskings of their  job. Additionally, the panelists will explain what methodologies they use at their job in order to provide actionable feedback to the IIS-MU program. With this information, IIS-MU faculty will be able to tailor course curriculum to these new methodologies and analytic techniques to better prepare students for these careers in the competitive intelligence field. Lastly, panelists will inform the audience of their opinions on where the competitive intelligence field is progressing into the future.

If you are interested in becoming a panelist for the competitive intelligence panel, please email a resume to conference@mciisalumni.org. If you are selected to be one of the four panelists, you will receive free admission to the conference.  Please apply as soon as possible.
